Residential Asphalt Overlay for Long Rural Driveway

This Atglen property sits on a stretch of open land in western Chester County with a long driveway running back from the road. Challenges
Along its length the driveway showed oxidation, surface cracking, and uneven texture from seasonal freeze-thaw and constant sun exposure. Years of snow removal had added to the wear. Despite how it looked, inspection showed the stone base underneath had held up well across the full distance, which made a full replacement hard to justify.
